I wasn't able to find anything else out there that could possibly fix my issue so I put a ticket in with Microsoft, and now they are looking into it. Opened Outlook with a /resetfolders, but to no surprise the folders came back the next day. Followed the instructions I found online to a T.

I did more research and found a tool, MFCMapi.exe. But the next day it came back with more duplicates of the folder. It updated the folders to show that that folder was gone. With Outlook 2016 open I did an 'Update folder'.

I logged in as the user on the Office 365 portal and deleted the duplicate folder. Below are the attempts that I've tried to resolve the issue. When I approached this the first time I did some research and found that it could be a syncing issue happening between Office 365, Outlook 2016, and our iPhones.
